The 2017 Piala FA was the 28th season of the Piala FA, a knockout competition for Malaysia's state football association and clubs. Johor Darul Ta'zim were the defending champions after beating PKNS 2–1 in the previous season. 37 teams entered this years competition. The winners were assured a place in the 2018 AFC Cup.[1][2][3]
