  • The Pagans' presence in New York was virtually eliminated by federal prosecutions against the club in 1998, allowing the Hells Angels to fill the power vacuum.[70]
  • 73 Pagans members indicted on federal racketeering charges after a biker was killed and ten others were wounded when the Pagans ambushed a Hells Angels-sponsored tattoo and motorcycle trade exposition in Plainview, New York on February 23, 2002.[71][72]
  • Hells Angels recruit four high-ranking Pagans members to form a chapter in Philadelphia in 2004, resulting in the outbreak of a turf war in the Delaware Valley of Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey.[73]
  • Philadelphia Hells Angels chapter disbands on November 18, 2005 as a result of sustained Pagan attacks, including the murder of the chapter's vice-president.[74]
