Enyart Film

Maybe I missed it - but I didn't see any mention of the film that was seized from Enyart:

"Jamie Scott Enyart was born in 1953. On 6th June, 1968, Enyart, a 15 year old high school student, a high-school student, was taking photographs of Robert F. Kennedy as he was walking from the ballroom of the Ambassador Hotel to the Colonial Room where the press conference was due to take place. Enyart was standing slightly behind Kennedy when the shooting began and snapped as fast as he could.

As Enyart was leaving the pantry, two LAPD officers accosted him at gunpoint and seized his three, 36-exposure rolls of film. Later, he was told by Detective Dudley Varney that the photographs were needed as evidence in the trial of Sirhan Sirhan. The photographs were not presented as evidence but the court ordered that all evidential materials had to be sealed for twenty years.

In 1988 Scott Enyart requested that his photographs should be returned. At first the State Archives claimed they could not find them and that they must have been destroyed by mistake. Enyart filed a lawsuit which finally came to trial in 1996. During the trial the Los Angeles city attorney announced that the photos had been found in its Sacramento office and would be brought to the courthouse by the courier retained by the State Archives. The following day it was announced that the courier’s briefcase, that contained the photographs, had been stolen from the car he rented at the airport. Apparently, "The city contends the pictures exist only in Enyart's teenage imagination, that whatever photos he took at the Ambassador were returned to him as prints. The negatives, the city claims, were lost in a theft." When did those theories surface?

I think the historic context when those theories surfaced is interesting. Was it immediately, after a couple of years, or in the recent decade? There's an article for Assassination of John F. Kennedy in popular culture so it's relevant to mention Derren Brown's Assassin episode available on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90xfZJQzAhc).[1]

Sirhan Sirhan may or may not have been a subject of MK Ultra but worth mentioning because, suspect in the conspiracy, the CIA and their program may have developed applicable tools of manipulation.

In RFK Must Die they stated that Sirhan Sirhan had brain damage from an accident, which makes some people more susceptible to manipulation by hypnosis, and as it turned out he was very hypnotizable.

By default, he would have no motive as a zombie puppet, which is worth mentioning. RFK stated that if president he would reopen his brother's case. "They" wouldn't allow that = motive.

It might be worth associating suspicious aspects of the Aurora shooting and the irregular James Holmes who may also be under some kind of mind manipulation. (ie. YouTube: "Brainwashed neuroscientist James Holmes - Aurora shooting" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHc1L1Rcpag )[2]

Nothing last forever, including crime scenes. Some just seem to go faster than others, especially when suspicious (WTC, Sandy Hook, etc). The kitchen is gone. That and how might be worth mentioning.

The problem is you don't provide any real evidence for any of this, it's just baseless speculation. The WTC collapsed, so I'm not sure exactly what's suspicious about the rubble being cleared away (a job which took nine months by the way); what evidence would be left to find anyway? Sandy Hook was demolished after 10 months, and I have yet to see anyone provide evidence of conspiracy in that case; if your child had been murdered there, would you want to see the place reopened? And the Ambassador Hotel was demolished in 2005/2006, nearly 40 years after RFK's assassination. Not exactly fast in my book. "There were more than eight shots," Rhodes-Hughes said by phone. She says that during the FBI interview in her Los Angeles home, one month after the assassination, she told the agents that she'd heard 12 to 14 shots.

At Melanson's request, Rhodes-Hughes reviewed her 1968 FBI interview summary for the first time [around 20 years later] and found it contained more than a dozen inaccuracies.

Bullet count section doesn't make sense.

"Sirhan's... revolver contained eight rounds, which were all fired... Three bullets hit Kennedy; The five bullets that hit the other five victims stayed in their bodies"

So this accounts for all eight bullets, but then the section says: leaving two bullets that would have been lodged in the room itself. Last time I checked 5 plus 3 is 8, why does it say leaving 2 extra that should have been present? Even if its talking about holes not the round count, then we are looking at one bullet that should have been present given 8 shots with one pass through. Yes, I noticed that too. If two lodged in Kennedy, and five in the other victims, that only leaves one round unaccounted for: Kennedy's pass-through shot. Other points made in this section indicate more bullets, and a supposed "ricochet" accounting for two holes itself. When positing "conspiracy theories," being so vague about something as critical as # of shots fired does not engender confidence. In fact, it suggests an actual conspiracy. It's not like it happened in Dealey Plaza or something. Bullet-count should be easy-peasy. Jororo05 (talk) 03:10, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this entire account is super confusing. Reading the cited source doesn't help - indeed, it appears to contradict the claim that all five bullets which hit the other victims remained lodged in their bodies, saying that the bullet that hit Schrader "bounced off" his forehead. It also doesn't seem to support various other of the claims made in this section: it doesn't say anything about what happened to the bullets that hit the four other victims aside from RFK and Schrader; it doesn't mention bullet holes in the foam ceiling; it doesn't mention that the LAPD concluded that bullets hit the ceiling before richocheting to his a person; it doesn't mention Martin Patrusky or his claim that he was told that two bullets had been removed from the doorframe (indeed it doesn't mention any claim that bullets were removed from the doorframe); it says that the doorframes were destroyed after the trial but doesn't attribute that to the LAPD and doesn't mention the ceiling tiles in connection with this! A question that needs to be addressed

RFK wasn't supposed to exit through the pantry, so how did Sirhan Sirhan know to wait for him there? 2601:183:4103:8290:2C64:B336:8305:1DAF (talk) 07:55, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

My understanding is that Sirhan Sirhan had scouted out the hotel a few days before and was mulling about the night of the assassination asking people about RFK's whereabouts and if he would be passing through various places. For example, in the pantry area he asked a couple kitchen workers if RFK would be passing through after his speech, and he even watched RFK pass by on his way to the Embassy Ballroom. It was fortuitous for Sirhan Sirhan that RFK decided to return through the pantry again en route to an impromptu news conference in the Colonial Room, but it is not surprising that Sirhan Sirhan encountered him again as he had been working all evening to place himself in proximity of RFK. -Location (talk) 16:41, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
