Mount Logan in the Yukon is the highest peak of Canada.

This article comprises three sortable tables of major mountain peaks of Canada. This article defines a major mountain peak as a summit with a topographic prominence of at least 500 m (1,640 ft). Topographic prominence is defined as the elevation difference between the summit and the highest or key col to a higher summit.

Highest peaks

Mount Saint Elias on the boundary between the Yukon and Alaska is the second highest peak of both Canada and the United States.

The following sortable table lists the 100 highest major mountain peaks of Canada. Each of the following peaks has a topographic prominence of at least 500 m (1,640 ft). Topographic elevation is defined as the vertical distance above the reference geoid, a precise mathematical model of the Earth's sea level as an equipotential gravitational surface. A total of 69 of these highest peaks are located in British Columbia, 25 in the Yukon, 10 in Alberta, and 1 each in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
