Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is LucasArts' sequel to 2008's Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game.[3] A trailer announcing the game was shown December 12, 2009, at the Spike Video Game Awards.[4] The game will be published for various consoles and handhelds in 2010.

Players will again control Starkiller, Darth Vader's secret apprentice.[3] The game will take place after the events of the first game and between the events in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.[3]

Development

Haden Blackman, who served as executive producer for the first Force Unleashed game, is also executive producer for the sequel.[3]
