Ramsay Street is the fictional cul-de-sac in which the characters of the Australian soap opera Neighbours live. The street is set in the equally fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsborough. Neighbours storylines primarily centre around the residents of the Street, which was named after the grandfather of original character Max Ramsay (Francis Bell).[1] A storyline within the show saw the name of the street nearly changed to Ramsbottom Street. Harold Bishop (Ian Smith) led a protest against it and won.[2]
Pin Oak Court, in Vermont South, is the real cul-de-sac that doubles for Ramsay Street.[3][4] All of the houses featured in the show are real and the residents allow Neighbours to shoot external scenes in their front and back gardens.[5] Neighbours has been filmed in Pin Oak Court since the series began in 1985 and it has since become popular with tourists. Tours to the cul-de-sac run throughout the year.[6] The interior scenes are filmed at the Global Television studios in Forest Hill, the adjoining suburb in which Pin Oak Court is located.[7][8]
In September 2010, Ramsay Street came first in a poll to find out which television property is the best. The open plan houses in the street gained forty per cent of the vote.[9]
No. 22
When Neighbours first began, Number 22 was initially empty.[10] In 1986, it was rented out by Clive Gibbons (Geoff Paine), Clive rented the house from an unseen landlord.[10] During his time there, Clive invited Daphne Lawrence (Elaine Smith), Zoe Davis (Ally Fowler) and Mike Young (Guy Pearce) to move in with him. Clive later began a relationship with Susan Cole (Gloria Ajenstat) and he invited her to move in. Susan left Ramsay Street and Clive moved into a flat behind his surgery. Following Clive's departure the house was brought by Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) for the Daniels Corporation, who wanted the land to build a supermarket on.[10] The deal fell through and Paul moved in.[10] When he married Gail Lewis (Fiona Corke), the couple lived there as man and wife until they divorced in 1989. Paul then rented the house to twins Caroline (Gillian Blakeney) and Christina Alessi (Gayle Blakeney). Paul later married Christina and they lived in the house with their son, Andrew (Shannon Holmes). In 1992, Caroline, Christina, Paul and Andrew left.[10] The house was then rented out to Benito (George Spartels) and Cathy Alessi (Elspeth Ballantyne), who moved in with their sons, Marco (Felice Arena) and Rick (Dan Falzon). Benito and Cathy left in 1993 and Marco and Rick moved out.[10]
Number 22 was left empty for a while, but Paul then rented it to the Lim Family for a month.[10] Paul then sold the house to Cheryl Stark (Caroline Gillmer) and she moved in with her son and daughter, Brett (Brett Blewitt) and Danni (Eliza Szonert).[10] Cheryl, Brett and Danni went to live with Cheryl's partner Lou Carpenter (Tom Oliver) for a short while, before all four moved to Number 22. Cheryl died in 1996 and Brett and Danni moved away. Cheryl's elder son Darren (Todd MacDonald) and Marlene Kratz (Moya O'Sullivan) moved in to help Lou. Marlene left in 1997 and Darren in 1998. Lou's youngest daughter, Louise (Jiordan Anna Tolli), also left when it was revealed that Lou was not her biological father. Lou then began to take in lodgers, including Toadfish Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney), Drew Kirk (Dan Paris) and Darcy Tyler (Mark Raffety).
Drew and his wife Libby (Kym Valentine) rented the house from Lou briefly, following the birth of their son Ben (Noah Sutherland). Following Drew's death, Libby moved back in with her parents and Lou returned. Nina Tucker (Delta Goodrem) and her mother Trixie (Wendy Stapleton) moved in with Lou, but they both left in 2003. Valda Sheergold (Joan Sydney) brought the house when Lou began going through financial troubles. Valda later sold the house back to Paul. Paul kicked Lou out and moved his girlfriend, Isabelle Hoyland (Natalie Bassingthwaighte) in. Paul's daughter Elle (Pippa Black) also moved in and not long after, her brothers, Robert and Cameron (both played by Adam Hunter) moved in until Robert was sent to prison and Cameron died.
Isabelle left the street in 2006 and Paul invited Lyn Scully (Janet Andrewartha) to move in, when Lyn was forced to sell her own house. Lyn left Erinsborough for Shelley Bay following her and Paul's brief marriage. Elle discovered that Paul had deceived her and was involved in her break-up with Dylan Timmins (Damien Bodie) and she devised a plan to trick Paul into signing all his assets over to her. Elle took in Ned Parker (Daniel O'Connor) as a lodger and shortly afterwards she let Paul move back in. Ned later moved into Number 26.
Paul asked Rebecca Napier (Jane Hall) and her son, Declan (James Sorensen), to move in. When Paul's affair with Kirsten Gannon (Nikola Dubois) was exposed, Rebecca and Declan moved out. Elle forced Paul to leave for a short while and she later invited Donna Freedman (Margot Robbie) to move in.[11] Elle invited her boyfriend, Lucas Fitzgerald (Scott Major) to move with her. Rebecca, Declan and his daughter India were forced to move out of Number 26 and they moved back into Number 22. Elle sold the house back to Paul to ease her financial troubles.[12] Elle departed for a job and Paul's youngest son, Andrew, returned to Erinsborough and moved in. Donna moves out to live with her husband.

No. 24
Number 24 was one of the three original houses featured in Ramsay Street and has been associated with the Ramsay family since the show began.[10] Max Ramsay (Francis Bell), his wife Maria (Dasha Blahova) and their two sons Shane (Peter O'Brien) and Danny (David Clencie) were the first family to live there.[10] Max and Maria's marriage ended and Maria left, with Danny following not long after. Max's sister Madge (Anne Charleston) moved in and they each purchased a half of the house. Max left to reconcile with Maria and Shane also departed.[10] Max and Madge's brother Tom (Gary Files) moved in for a brief time. Shortly after Madge's daughter, Charlene (Kylie Minogue) moved in and her brother, Henry (Craig McLachlan) also moved in after his release from prison.[10]
Scott Robinson (Jason Donovan) moved in after his wedding to Charlene and Madge's husband Harold Bishop (Ian Smith) also moved in. Charlene, Scott and Henry all left within a couple of years of each other. Madge's niece Gemma Ramsay (Beth Buchanan) stayed briefly, before Madge and Harold took in Brenda Riley (Genevieve Lemon) and her nephew Guy Carpenter (Andrew Williams).[10] Harold went missing and Lou Carpenter moved in. Madge left in late 1992 after she rejected Lou's proposal of marriage. Lou then took in lodgers Beth Brennan (Natalie Imbruglia) and Cameron Hudson (Benjamin Grant Mitchell) and Lauren Carpenter (Sarah Vandenbergh) moved in with her dad for a year. Annalise Hartman (Kimberley Davies) moved in with Lou in 1993 and Rick Alessi also moved in. Madge sold the house to Marlene Kratz who moved in with her grandson Sam Kratz (Richard Grieve).[10] They took in Cody Willis (Peta Brady) as a lodger when her parents moved away. Annalise later moved back in and her sister Joanna (Emma Harrison) also moved in. By 1996 Sam, Annalise and Joanna had moved out. Cheryl Stark and her daughter, Louise moved in and were later joined by Cheryl's son Darren. Cheryl lived there until her death.
When Harold reappeared, he and Madge reunited and brought the property from Marlene. They fostered teenagers Paul McClain (Jansen Spencer) and Tad Reeves (Jonathon Dutton). In 2001, Madge died of cancer and by 2002 both Paul and Tad had left. Hairdresser Gino Esposito (Shane McNamara) briefly moved in with Harold as did teenager Saxon Garvey (Troy Lovett). Harold's granddaughter Sky Mangel (Stephanie McIntosh) moved back to Ramsay Street to live with Harold in 2003. She was soon joined by Harold's son, David (Kevin Harrington), his wife Liljana (Marcella Russo) and their daughter Serena (Lara Sacher). Lou later moved in too. David, Liljana and Serena perished in a plane crash and in 2006, Sky gave birth to a daughter, Kerry Mangel (Claudine Henningsen). Carmella Cammeniti (Natalie Blair) moved in for a time and Lou's daughter Lolly also moved in. Lolly left after six months and Sky and Kerry left soon after.
Harold left Erinsborough and rented the house to Marco Silvani (Jesse Rosenfeld) and Carmella. Sienna Cammeniti (Erin McNaught), Carmella's cousin, moved in briefly, but left after a few week to go to Italy. Marco died in July 2008 and Carmella left the street. Harold then gave the house to the Salvation Army before he departed.[15] Cassandra Freedman (Tottie Goldsmith) and her children, Simon (Mauricio Merino Jr) and Tegan (Chelsea Jones), were the first family to move in at the start of 2009. Simon and Tegan later left the street to live with their grandmother and Cassandra was driven out of the street by Elle Robinson.
When Elle decides to confront her claustrophobia, she and Lucas Fitzgerald spend a few hours under the house. Lucas discovers a locket with the initials A.G.R. inscribed on it and Elle realises that it belongs to her grandmother, Anne. Lucas later discovers a hidey-hole under the house where a box, belonging to Anne, was hidden.[16] The box contained a key to a bank deposit box, which contained Helen Daniels (Anne Haddy)' will. They discover the existence of a secret Ramsay child, Jill (Perri Cummings). Jill dies and her children , Kate (Ashleigh Brewer), Harry (Will Moore) and Sophie (Kaiya Jones) move into Number 24.[17] Lou moved back into the house in late 2009 after becoming the Ramsay's guardian. Harry departs for Sydney after winning a basketball scholarship. After holding interviews, Kate, Sophie and Lou invite Lucas Fitzgerald to move in.

When Neighbours began Number 26 was full. Jim Robinson (Alan Dale), his mother-in-law Helen Daniels (Anne Haddy) and his four children, Paul, Julie (Vikki Blanche), Scott (Darius Perkins) and Lucy (Kylie Flinker) all lived in the house.[10] Paul and Julie had both moved out by the end of 1985. Jim married Beverly Marshall (Lisa Armytage) and her niece and nephew Katie (Sally Jensen) and Todd Landers (Kristian Schmid) moved in. Katie later returned home and Jim and Beverly's marriage ended.[10] Todd stayed with Jim, Scott moved out following his marriage to Charlene Mitchell and Lucy left to go to boarding school. Helen took in Nick Page (Mark Stevens) and Hilary Robinson's (Anne Scott Pendlebury) son Matt Robinson (Ashley Paske). Jim discovered he had a fifth child Glen Donnelly (Richard Huggett) and he was invited to move in. Lucy returned again, but moved away to be a model, Glen later fled Erinsborough.[10] Todd died in 1992 and Julie returned with her husband, Philip Martin (Ian Rawlings), his children Debbie (Katrina McEwan) and Michael (Troy Beckwith) and their only child Hannah (Rebecca Ritters). They moved in for a short time. Jim began dating Fiona Hartman (Suzanne Dudley) whose daughter Annalise moved in as well. Jim suffered a heart attack and died in the kitchen. Jim left Helen a life tenancy of the house, so that on her death Paul, Glen, Scott and Lucy would inherit a quarter each.[10]
Helen rented out a room to Wayne Duncan (Jonathan Sammy Lee) and allowed Annalise to move back in. Julie came back after she and Philip briefly separated. Julie died in 1995 and Philip and the children moved in with Helen. Lucy came back to the house, following Debbie's departure. Philip's girlfriend, Jen Handley (Alyce Platt) later moved in. In 1997, Helen died in the house and though Jim's will stated that his four remaining children would have get the house, Philip took over. He began dating Ruth Wilkinson (Ailsa Piper) and she moved in with him. Ruth's children Lance (Andrew Bibby) and Anne (Brooke Satchwell) also moved in. Two years later, Ruth, Philip and Hannah moved away and Lance and Anne moved to other houses on the street.
Minutes after leaving the street, the Martin's were replaced by the Scully family. Joe Scully (Shane Connor) purchased the house with his wife Lyn (Janet Andrewartha). They moved in with their daughters Stephanie (Carla Bonner), Felicity (Holly Valance) and Michelle (Kate Keltie). In 2002, Connor O'Neill a friend of the Scully's absent son Jack (Jay Bunyan) became their lodger. Felicity left for a new job in New York and Jack returned with his new girlfriend Lori Lee (Michelle Ang). Michelle left and Connor and Lori both moved out. Stephanie also moved out to be with her boyfriend Max Hoyland at Number 32. Lyn gave birth to her fifth child, Oscar (Ingo Dammer-Smith). Joe moved away to look after his ill father and Lyn decided their marriage was over. Jack also left, which meant Lyn and Oscar were alone. Lyn invited her colleague Janelle Timmins (Nell Feeney) to move in, along with her sons Stingray (Ben Nicholas) and Dylan. Janelle's daughters Janae (Eliza Taylor-Cotter) and Bree (Sianoa Smit-McPhee) moved in a month later. Joe Mangel returned to Ramsay Street and started romancing Lyn. Janelle and her family were kicked out of the house. Joe and Lyn lived together briefly for a while until she let the Timmins family move back in. Joe left soon after to help his son on his farm. Lyn was forced to sell the house to Loris Timmins (Kate Fitzpatrick), Janelle's mother-in-law and she moved out. Stingray died and Dylan later left the street. Janelle married Allan Steiger (Joe Clements) and they left with Bree. Janae stayed behind and began a relationship with Ned Parker who moved in with her. They were later joined by Ned's son, Mickey Gannon (Fletcher O'Leary).
Ned's brother, Steve Parker (Steve Bastoni) moved in with his wife, Miranda (Nikki Coghill), and their daughter, Bridget (Eloise Mignon). They were later joined by their son, Riley (Sweeney Young). Janae left in early 2008 to join the rest of her family after she split with Ned. Steve then brought the house at auction and they invited Lou to move in with them.[18] Ned and Mickey moved to Perth, after Mickey's mother Kirsten, was badly burnt in a bush fire. Mickey returned to Ramsay Street and moved back in. Miranda's sister, Nicola West (Imogen Bailey) briefly moved in, causing Riley, with whom she was having an illicit affair, to leave. Nicola caused marital problems for the Parker's and was thrown out, she was later admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Rebecca and Declan Napier moved in with the Parkers and Declan and Bridget continued their relationship. Bridget became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter, India. Mickey left the street again to move to New York to be with his parents. A week later, Bridget died from injuries sustained in a car crash. Steve and Miranda departed Ramsay Street not long after.[19]
Rebecca, Declan and India continued living in the house until September 2009 when Stephanie Scully bought it back her mother.[20] Rebecca, Declan and India moved back in with Paul. Lou returned to live in the house when he returned from New York. However, he moved out in October 2009, as one of Lyn's conditions to re-hiring him at Harold's Store. Steph's stepdaughter, Summer Hoyland (now played by Jordy Lucas), returns to the street and moves in. Steph is sentenced to six years in prison after she is found guilty of culpable driving. In November 2010, it was revealed that Number 26 would be set on fire during Neighbours' season finale.[21]

No. 28
Number 28 was first owned by Des Clarke (Paul Keane), who brought the house for him and his fiance Lorraine Kingham (Antoinette Byron) to live in.[10] Des and Lorraine's wedding was called off and Des took in Daphne Lawrence (Elaine Smith) as his lodger and they began a relationship. Daphne moved out briefly when their relationship broke down and Daphne's friend Zoe Davis (Ally Fowler) moved in for a while.[10] Daphne came back and she and Des became legal custodians of Mike Young (Guy Pearce). In 1987, Daphne gave birth to a son, Jamie Clarke. Daphne died in 1988 and Des and Mike continued to live in the house. Melanie Pearson and Matt Robinson moved in as lodgers and Mike left to be with his sick mother. Des decided to sell the house and move away.[10] Doug Willis (Terence Donovan) brought the house and moved in with his wife Pam (Sue Jones) and their children Adam (Ian Williams) and Cody (Amelia Frid). Cody and Adam both left in 1991 and their siblings, Brad and Gaby (Rachel Blakely) moved in along with Doug's sister Faye. Cody returned in 1993 and stayed behind when all the Willises left Ramsay Street in 1994.[10]
The house was then brought by Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher) and his wife Susan (Jackie Woodburne) who moved in with their three children, Malcolm (Benjamin McNair), Libby and Billy (Jesse Spencer).[10] Libby moved out briefly to live with Darren Stark. Following his family's departure, Toadfish Rebecchi came to stay until he moved in with Lou Carpenter. Malcolm left in 1997 and his friend Joel Samuels (Daniel MacPherson) stayed with the Kennedys for a brief period in 1998. Billy left in 2000 and Susan's nephew Darcy Tyler came to stay here as well as Susan's niece Elly Conway (Kendell Nunn). Libby moved out in 2001 after she married Drew Kirk, but when Drew died, she moved back with her son Ben. Karl and Susan later took in teenagers Lori Lee (Michelle Ang) and Taj Coppin (Jaime Robbie Reyne) for a brief time. Karl and Susan divorced in 2004 and Karl moved into a nearby flat. Susan took in lodgers Sindi Watts (Marisa Warrington) and Stingray Timmins. Liljana Bishop stayed with Susan during her brief separation with husband David and Stuart Parker also lived there while he was having problems with his sight. Susan began dating Alex Kinski (Andrew Clarke) and he moved in along with his children Rachel Kinski (Caitlin Stasey) and Zeke Kinski (Matthew Werkmeister). Alex and Susan were married in the house shortly before he died. Alex's oldest daughter, Katya (Dichen Lachman) started a custody battle for Zeke and Rachel, but she later moved in with Susan. Karl and Susan reunited in the middle of 2006 and they re-married. Karl's father, Tom (Bob Hornery), moved in for a short stay before moving to a care facility in the country. Libby and Ben returned and they briefly moved back home, before moving into Number 32.
Ringo Brown (Sam Clark) moved in after his brother left the street to live in Italy. Sunny Lee (Hany Lee), a foreign exchange student moved in with the family in April 2009, following Rachel's departure. Zeke briefly moved out to live with Stephanie, so Sunny's parents could not complain about them living together.[22] When Lyn Scully returned to the street and moved in with Stephanie, Zeke moved back home. In November 2009, Sunny left to go back home to Korea.[23] Following the break up of her marriage to Daniel Fitzgerald, Libby and Ben moved back in. Ben leaves to go to a school in the country and following Ringo and Donna's honeymoon, Donna moves in. Ringo dies a month later.

No. 30
The first time Number 30 was used was when Jim Robinson rented the house for his son Paul and his new wife Terry. Terry shot Paul and was sent to prison. Paul then moved back to his family home.[10] The house was not featured on-screen again until 1991 when Dorothy Burke (Maggie Dence) purchased it. Dorothy's niece and nephew, Tiffany (Amber Kilpatrick) and Ryan McLachlan (Richard Norton) later moved in with their aunt. Dorothy took in Toby Mangel when his father remarried and moved away, she also took in Phoebe Bright (Simone Robertson).[10] Phoebe gave birth to a daughter, Hope and she married Stephen Gottlieb (Lochie Daddo). Dorothy rented the house to Phoebe and Stephen after she moved away with her partner. They needed to take in lodgers and their first was Russell Butler (Stephen Whittaker), who kidnapped Hope and would not pay his rent. He later fled Ramsay Street. The next lodgers were Beth Brennan and Stephen's brother, Mark (Bruce Samazan). Phoebe and Stephen left Erinsborough and Mark took in Annalise Hartman and Rick Alessi. From then on the house was seen to be more of a share house, always taking in the rejects from the rest of the street.[10] Mark's sister, Serendipity (Raelee Hill) moved in, following Annalise's departure.
Luke (Bernard Curry) and Jen Handley (Alyce Platt) moved in and Rick moved out. Luke and Serendipity moved to Japan and not long after, Cody Willis moved in. Sarah Beaumont (Nicola Charles) moved in with her sister, Catherine O'Brien, who later left for England with Malcolm Kennedy. Teacher Lisa Elliott (Kate Straub) moved in for a while as well as Ben Atkins (Brett Cousins) and his sister Caitlin (Emily Milburn). Ben and Caitlin moved out in 1998 and Sarah's new housemates were Joel Samuels and Toadfish Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney). Sarah left in 1999 and Lou Carpenter brought the house at auction. Sarah's place in the house was fought over by Lance Wilkinson (Andrew Bibby) and Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton), with Lance winning. Lance later moved out and his place was taken by Dee Bliss (Madeleine West). Joel left in 2002 and Stuart Parker (Blair McDonough) moved in. Dee went missing and was presumed dead, following an accident after her wedding to Toadfish. Connor O'Neill (Patrick Harvey) then moved into the house and it became known as the "House of Trouser".
Lou sold the house in 2004 and it was brought by the boys. Stuart's girlfriend and later wife, Sindi Watts, moved in and so did Stuart's brother Ned. Stuart and Sindi left and Connor disappeared in mysterious circumstances a few months later. Toadfish moved away briefly to work in Sydney and he asked Ned to find new tenants for the house. Ned selected Frazer Yeats (Ben Lawson), Pepper Steiger (Nicky Whelan) and Will Griggs (Christian Clark).[24] Ned was unaware that Toadfish had promised his room to Rosetta Cammeniti (Natalie Saleeba).[24] Toadfish returned to a full house and he moved to Number 32. A vote was taken between the housemates to decide who got to stay in the house and Ned was voted out. Will left when his real identity was revealed. Frazer's younger brother, Ringo Brown, moved in as well as Carmella Cammeniti. Will's brother Oliver Barnes (David Hoflin) also lived there briefly. Pepper left at the end of 2007 and Daniel Fitzgerald moved in. Frazer and Roseta left for an extended trip to Italy and Ringo moved in with the Kennedy family. Samantha Fitzgerald (Simone Buchanan) moved into the house briefly in April 2008, but moved out when she and Daniel decided to get a divorce.
In 2008, Toadfish took in Callum Jones (Morgan Baker) after his grandmother became ill and was unable to care for him. Toadfish later became Callum's guardian.[25] Libby Kennedy and her son Ben moved in and she later married Daniel. Lou also moved in after Lyn Scully chucked him out of Number 26, he later moved in with the Ramsay children when he became their guardian. After their marriage fell apart, Daniel left town and Libby and Ben moved back in with her parents. Stephanie Scully and her son moved in with Toadie and Callum, while they pretended to be a couple. After the secret was exposed, Steph moves back in with Lyn. Sonya later agrees to move in with Toadie and Callum.[26]

No. 32
Number 32 was first seen in 1986 when Nell Mangel (Vivean Gray) moved in with her granddaughter Jane Harris (Annie Jones).[10] Mrs Mangel took Harold Bishop in as a lodger, but he left shortly after marrying Madge Mitchell. Joe Mangel (Mark Little) then moved in with his son Toby (Finn Greentree-Keane) and their dog, Bouncer.[27] Mrs Mangel left after she married John Worthington and she signed the house over to Joe, Jane also departed and she moved to England.[10] Kerry Bishop (Linda Hartley-Clark) and her daughter Sky (Miranda Fryer) moved in when Kerry got engaged to Joe. Matt Robinson also moved in as a lodger. Kerry died in 1990 and Melanie Pearson (Lucinda Cowden) moved in. Matt later left to join his mother in Adelaide. Joe got engaged to Melanie and when the pair married they decided to sell Number 32 and move away. Toby moved in with Dorothy Burke.[10]
The house was then brought by Rosemary Daniels (Joy Chambers) on behalf of the Daniel's Corporation and it was rented to Faye Willis (Lorraine Bayly) and her son, Cameron.[10] Julie and Philip Martin moved in with their children Michael, Debbie and Hannah. Philip brought the house from Helen and rented it out to Malcolm Kennedy and Danni Stark and then to Angie Rebecchi, who moved in with her two sons Stonefish and Toadfish.[10] Stonefish and Angie moved up north and Philip rented the house to Ruth Wilkinson who moved in with her children Anne and Lance. They stayed there until Philip and Ruth were married. The house was then rented to lecturer Mike Healey so he could be closer to girlfriend Libby Kennedy. Teresa Bell moved in and lived with her ex-husband Brendan, her co-worker Daniel Fitzgerald (Brett Tucker) and her friend Dee Bliss (Madeleine West). Dee and Tess tried to buy the house when Phil put it on the market, but it was brought by Evan Hancock (Nicholas Opolski) who moved in with his wife Maggie (Sally Cooper) and their children Matthew (Stephen Hunt), Leo (Anthony Hammer) and Emily (Isabella Oldham). The Hancock family sold the house to Malcolm Kennedy and he rented the property briefly to Isabella Garvey and her son Saxon.
The house was then rented to Max Hoyland (Stephen Lovatt) and he moved in with his children Boyd (Kyal Marsh) and Summer (Marisa Siketa). Stephanie Scully moved in when she started dating Max and the two later married. Max's sister Isabelle also moved in later that year. Max later brought the house from Malcolm. Summer left to go to boarding school. Stephanie gave birth to a son Charlie and Boyd married Janae Timmins and they lived in the house before moving to Number 30 briefly and coming back. Max lost his mind and promptly left the street and Toadfish Rebecchi moved in. When Toadfish left, Stephanie took in Ned Parker as a lodger. At the end of 2006, a hostage situation involving Stephanie, Charlie, Toadfish, Zeke and Katya Kinski occurred at the house when Guy Sykes threatened the group with a gun. Boyd and Janae's marriage came to an end and they divorce. Stephanie and Toadfish then begin a relationship and Toadfish moves back in. Boyd then decides to move away up North. In late 2007, Steph's grandmother Valda Sheergold moved in and Toadfish moved out following the end of his and Stephanie's relationship. Not long after, Valda decided to return to Shelley Bay.
Stephanie invited Libby Kenndy to move in and also Ty Harper (Dean Geyer), after she discovers him sleeping at Charlie's. Libby and Ben move out following Libby's marriage to Daniel Fitzgerald. Ty left the street to join Rachel Kinski in London.[28] and Zeke Kinski moved in with Steph after Sunny Lee's parents threatened to bring her home. Zeke later moved back home and Steph and Charlie moved out after she bought Number 26. Libby and Dan planned to buy the house, but their plans were put on hold when Dan gave his ex-wife $12,000.[29] In May 2010, Steph announces she has a buyer for the house and the new Erinsborough High Principal Michael Williams (Sandy Winton) moves in with his daughter Natasha (Valentina Novakovic).
