Pokkén Tournament (ポッ拳 Pokken Tōnamento) is a fighting game to be released in Japanese arcades in 2015. It is developed by Bandai Namco as a collaboration between the Pokémon and Tekken series.[2] After having been teased in Pokémon Game Show in 2013, it was finally announced via Famitsu in August 26th, 2014. The Pokémon Company CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara, Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada and Soulcalibur producer Masaaki Hoshino attended the event, which was broadcasted on NicoNico. The game was also announced. A release in North America, Europe and Oceania hasn't been announced yet, but the game itself has been revealed via the international Pokémon social media accounts.[3]
