Family history

Cossackathon (talk) 14:55, 3 August 2011 (UTC) It might be an article of faith in the Foster family that his grandparents escaped pogroms in Russia in 1923, but it is historically unlikely. Had the year been 1913, or even 1953, it might have made sense. But 1923 represented somewhat of a golden age for Jews in Russia.[reply]

The article says "Foster was raised in his father's Jewish religion" and cites this twice. Plus, he is also American, and in the category Jewish actors. Oppose. The footballer currently plays at in the Premier League (the top level of English football). He also plays for the England international team as goalkeeper. Searching GNews shows multiple headlined articles referring to the footballer. Tassedethe (talk) 19:27, 3 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment However, a general Google search of "Ben Foster actor" produces nearly 2.5 million results, where searching "Ben Foster footballer" produces only 114,000. That, and simply searching "Ben Foster" shows a description box to the right for the actor, with the footballer considerably farther down, below the movies he's been in and other search suggestions. Oppose No real primary topic here. The actor is at least as notable as the footballer, and I'd say the footballer is the most notable. post-production
