Because his comments "there is no sourced info in the article to support the cat" demonstrate a complete ignorance of the meaning of the term. For example, his inexplicable editions in articles: Fantastic Planet, Despicable Me, The Magic Voyage ets. After all of the content articles is absolutely clear that they are directly related to speculative fiсtion. Please help you, as a power user in "Speculative fiction theme" recovery my version of this pages, if you agree with them. Not a big deal but I find it mildly confusing to see the rights rollbacker and administrator together. You didn't even need to "explicitly toggle" extended confirmed user. I don't have it, although something tells me I've edited enough to warrant it. You don't have it either. If that's wrong, then we need to verify that, and remove that line from the procedure. As for you finding it "mildly confusing" to see those rights together...I don't really have anything to say about that. It's a software issue, not a CU issue. The blocking actions are not being logged (or if they are, they are not being logged correctly), and they need to be. I suppose we could unbundle the suppress options in the block interface (it's just a one box oversight all) to be OS only revisions, only username, only edit summaries, or the whole lot including the block entry.
