Lex Lang (born in Hollywood, California)[1] is an American voice actor and director who has provided voices for a number of cartoons, anime, and video games. His main roles in anime include Sagara Sanosuke in Rurouni Kenshin, Genjo Sanzo in Saiyuki Reload, and Ryosuke Takahashi in Initial D. He also voices Marechiyo Omaeda in Bleach, Hayate Gekko in Naruto, Cruhteo in Aldnoah.Zero, and Sōichirō Kuzuki in Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works.[3] In animation, he voiced Doctor Doom in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Sozin the Fire Lord in Avatar: the Last Airbender. He has many video game roles, including Dr. Neo Cortex in Crash Bandicoot and the Grim Creeper in Skylanders.

Personal life and other ventures

Lang is married to fellow voice actor Sandy Fox. They live in Studio City, California.[4] In 1998 they co-founded the Love Planet Foundation, a non-profit organization which creates educational materials for children on the importance of recycling, world water awareness, and the preservation of the planet.[5] They also created Love Planet Productions, which includes several multimedia projects such as anime presentation shows, toddler shows and products, and Zen programming.[6] In 2006, they launched a bottled spring water business called H2Om Water with Intention, which has received recognition as a sponsor at several events including Sting's Rainforest Foundation Carnegie Hall Concert and the Elevate Film Festival.[7][8][9] Lang is also a Deepak Chopra meditation instructor.[10]

Entertainment for the English dub. Long-time voice actor Lex Lang mostly guides well a cast with limited experience; only in a couple of places do the performances sound even slightly stiff or awkward. All of the actresses were appropriately-chosen for their roles in a vocal quality sense and handle the acting capably. ... The dub script is also a smooth and reasonable interpretation of the original Japanese script.
