Dominic J. Costa is the representative to the 21st District of Pennsylvania which is located in the southwest region of the state. Dom Costa has been the representative for this region since 2008. The 21st District includes the city of Pittsburgh which is well known for it's awesome football team, talented hockey team, and beloved baseball team as well as the cities many bridges.
