Nippon Kaigi category

I noticed that you left me a message on the talk page. Thanks. I do understand what you mean. However, it may be unfair that you removed only my edits. If my making changes is a fault, changes before my edit are also faluts. Hi, thanks for replying. I didn't look at every single one of the 92 articles currently included in Category:Members of Nippon Kaigi, but I checked a large number (maybe 30 or so), and all of those included sourced statements confirming that the subjects were members of Nippon Kaigi. Railway or Railroad

Thank you for advice. I does not edit coming from "railway" to "railroad" rewrite. I think I've edited part back to "Railway".

Hi. Thanks for replying. The full name for Meitetsu should of course be written as "Nagoya Railroad", as that is the official name. (Although actually the company appears to use mainly "Meitetsu" in its publicity these days.) I think there are only a few railway companies in Japan that use "Railroad" in their names, so in general, you should be careful about changing occurrences of "railway" to "railroad" unless we know that that is the form officially used by the company. I see. I think there are no problems by "Meitetsu", too. It'll be only the part made "Nagoya Railway" that change is needed. In part to use the official name is written as "Nagoya Railroad", otherwise I think that would be written as "Meitetsu".

About the English name of the station

(example, Toyokawa-Inari → Toyokawa-inari).

There seems to be a mistake about an article name of some Meitetsu stations (Having hyphen or not, position of the hyphen, misspellings etc. I've listed the differences between the described and article name of the official site to User:ButuCC/sandbox.).

いくつかの名鉄駅の記事名について間違いがあるようです（ハイフンの有無、ハイフンの位置、スペルミスなど。公式サイトの記載と記事名との違いをUser:ButuCC/sandboxにリストアップしました）。

I don't know whether to change all, Because it contains obvious mistake, we also have a want to rename (Article name "Nihon Rhine Imawatari Station" mistake "Nihonrain-imawatari Station".).

全て変えるべきかどうかは分かりませんが、明らかな間違いも含まれているため、改名したいと思っています（記事名「Nihon Rhine Imawatari Station」は「Nihonrain-imawatari Station」の間違い）。

I about the changes of the list up the article name, we would like to propose together in Talk:Meitetsu. However, I don't know where the page equivalent to "ja:Wikipedia:改名提案" of the JaWP. Should I notify this page?

Hi. I see your point. The Help guide for moving (i.e. renaming) pages can be read at Help:How to move a page. As explained there, you are free to move pages yourself if the move is clearly not controversial and not blocked by the existence of a redirect page. If the new article names you are proposing are supported by the official Meitetsu website and publicity, then I don't think these are especially controversial page moves, so you can go ahead and move them yourself, as explained in the Help guide above. In cases where page moves are blocked by existing redirect pages, then you will need to make a formal move request at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Does that make sense? Removal of edit

Some day i was reading the lo maglev article on wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L0_Series_Shinkansen), but ran over this mistake: The maximum speed says 500 km/h but thats wrong, as you can see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxd_BqQMvck&feature=youtu.be&t=2m38s. so i changed it to 505, but now this DAJF has changed it back to 500 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.104.37.203 (talk) 22:06, 11 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thanks for leaving a comment. Your previous edits were reverted because details in the article (the maximum speed) were changed without any comment or a reference source to support the changes. Good day! The reliable source from her Facebook page (see and read some informations using this link:https://www.facebook.com/MJTakahashi.OfficialPage/info?tab=page_info) proved that the person in the article (Maryjun Takahashi) was born in Ōtsu, Shiga ,even in other website like DramaWiki,Modelpress,etc. have the same prove,so you don't have any reason to removed the reliable source and that is from her Facebook page.However,I would like to thank you for welcoming me on Wikipedia.Once again,Thank you!!!--49.148.129.178 (talk) 09:32, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to have a closer look at that Facebook page again, as it looks somewhat dubious (talking about Takahashi in the third person etc etc). Don't you think it is strange that it is not linked to from any of her other official sites? Shinkansen colours

Hi, the other day I noticed you have a subpage User:DAJF/shinkansen service colours with blank spaces for the Sakura and Mizuho. Well, it got me curious so I just took a little excursion to Shin Kobe station. My eyes are not a published source, but I consider them pretty reliable. Sakura is pink and Mizuho orange. Hi. Yes, as per the message you see at the top of this page, it generally makes more sense to continue a conversation on one page (ideally where the conversation started), but since you have commented here...

Your series of edits to the Naoko Takeuchi‎ article seemed to be an attempt to link to a user's draft page by adding a full URL, which is not a good way to do things. If you are new to Wikipedia, please have a look at Wikipedia:Tutorial/Wikipedia links, which gives a few basic tips on how to link to other articles on Wikipedia. Hi. I've just had a look at the two articles you mention. I would tend to agree with the current wording of the two articles following the edits by Ohnoitsjamie. I don't see any problem with including a photo of Momoiro Clover Z, but singling them out with descriptions when nothing is mentioned about AKB48 would seem odd to most readers. Use of tildes at article 'E-Girls'

Hi. Regarding [8] "Restore MOS-compliant name format (we don't use tildes)": in that case feel free to modify the additional uses of tilde on the same page; as '~' in the romanized titles and '～' in the Japanese titles.

Would it be OK to use ～ in the English titles to that they can get the proper naming, i.e. formatting? The track in question should rightfully be: "RYDEEN ～Dance All Night～" (and definitely not "Rydeen: Dance All Night" as it is now) -- Katana (talk) 14:55, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Please read through the Manual of Style guidelines dealing with how we render Japanese titles etc in English Wikipedia articles. We don't use the stylistic all-caps common in Japanese titles, and subtitles using tildes in Japanese should be changed to colons in English, hence "Rydeen: Dance All Night". I realize that that might appear different from the official Japanese title, but that's how we do it to maintain standardization and some semblance of order. --DAJF (talk) 15:03, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
