Highway 650 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 9 near Gorlitz to Highway 5 near Ross Junction. Highway 650 is about 21 km (13 mi.) long.

Highway 650 also passes near the communities of Hamton and Donwell.
