Baghan Rural District (Template:Lang-fa)[3] is in Mahmeleh District of Khonj County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Baghan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,274 in 664 households.[5] There were 3,957 inhabitants in 897 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,173 in 1,137 households. The largest of its 23 villages was Kurdeh, with 2,180 people.[2]
