The 36th Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is located in western Pennsylvania and has been represented since 1995 by Harry Readshaw.

The 36th Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is located in Allegheny County and encompasses part of the city of Pittsburgh, including the South Side (Pittsburgh) neighborhood. It also includes the following areas:[1]

09, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 18)
