The BitGive Foundation is an American nonprofit organization that solicits bitcoin donations for use in charitable causes.[1][2][3][4]

Background

It was founded in 2013 by Connie Gallippi.[5][6]

In August 2014, it received 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the United States Internal Revenue Service.[7][8]
