The Ford Territory in China is a compact crossover produced from 2019. Despite using the same name as the Australian market Ford Territory crossover, there are no connections between the two models.

Overview

The China-only Ford Territory is a crossover sport utility vehicle built by the JMC-Ford joint venture and was introduced during the 2018 Chengdu Auto Show in September 2018. It is based on the Yusheng S330 introduced for the Chinese market in 2016.^[1] It was gone on sale starting in early 2019, with Ford China classifying it as an entry-level compact SUV in between the current EcoSport and Kuga SUV product line. The Chinese Ford Territory will be assembled at JMC Ford's plant in Nanchang, China.^[2] The base trim's price starting at 109,800 RMB.^[3] JMC Ford will also introduce the Ford Territory EV-Version to the public in mid-2019.
