Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) is a university in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The university was established in July 2012 and is governed by two IIT Gold Medalists, Mr. Pankaj Agarwal and his wife Mrs. Pooja Agarwal, they are also Dean of an AKTU affiliated college named Shri Ramswaroop College of Engineering and Management which is also located in Lucknow.

It has 10 academic institutes, a school of Diploma, more than 55 programs in the field of Engineering, Technology, Computer Application, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Architecture, Management, Commerce, Economics, Natural Sciences, Humanities, Law, Media, Education and Diploma.

SRMU has affiliations with the following professional bodies: All India Management Association (AIMA), Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) & Lucknow Management Association (LMA).
