Aghstafa (Azerbaijani: Ağstafacay; Armenian: ԱղստևAghstev, [Акстафа - Akstafa] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a river in Armenia and Azerbaijan, and is a right tributary of the Kura River.

Aghstev is 133 kilometres (83 mi) long with a drainage basin of 2,589 square kilometres (1,000 sq mi). Along the river lie the cities of Dilijan, Ijevan, Gazakh and Aghstafa.
