AmeriGas is an LPG distribution company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with extensive operations in the United States. AmeriGas Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded master limited partnership (NYSE: APU). UGI Corporation, through subsidiaries, is the sole General Partner and owns 26% of the Partnership.[2]
