The head office is located in the Villa Guggenheim in Allschwil, Basel-Landschaft.[2] The head office moved to its current location, in proximity to EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, on 1 October 2011.[3]

The airline's head office was on the Swiss side of EuroAirport Basel,[4] a French-Swiss binational airport. Even though the airport is physically located in France,[5] the area with the former Farnair head office may only be accessed from Switzerland.[4]
