Indore - Jammu Tawi Express is a mail/express train of the Indian Railways which runs between Indore Junction Madhya Pradesh to Jammu Tawi the Winter capital city of Jammu & Kashmir.[2][3] The train is the second train between Indore and Jammu after Malwa Express.

Number

The 'down' service from Indore Jn Bg runs as number 22941 and the 'up' service from Jammu Tawi carries number 22942.

Arrival and departure

Train departure from Jammu Tawi at 09:00 am on Wednesday, with arrival at Indore Junction at 06:00 am the following day with 25h 0m. This is an average speed of 56 km per hour for the 1411 km journey.

The reverse journey leaves Indore Junction at 23:55 pm on Monday and arrives in Jammu Tawi at 1.20 pm the following day, with 25 hours and 25 minutes. This is an average speed of 55 km/h.
