Syedna Ismail Badruddin (I) (Arabic: اسماعيل بدر الدين) Bin Molai Raj was 34th Dai of Dawoodi Bohra (Death: 23 Jumadil akhir 1085/1676A.D. Jamnagar,India). He succeeded the 33 rd Dai Feer Khan Shujauddin to the religious post. Badruddin became Da'i al-Mutlaq in 1085AH/1676AD.[1] His period of Dawat was 1065–1085 AH/ 1657–1676 AD.[2][3]

Syedna Ismail Budruddin is first Dai descendent of Moulaya Bharmal. Present Dai is from his progeny, and family tree is placed below.
