Minquan County (Chinese: 民权县; Pinyin: Mínquán Xiàn) is a county of Shangqiu city, Henan province, China, with an area of 1222 square kilometers and a population of 850,000 in 2002. Minquan County is abundant in the harvest of river crabs.
