Template:PBB Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3 or SOCS-3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS3 gene.[1][2]

Template:PBB Summary

Interactions

SOCS3 has been shown to interact with PTPN11,[3] Glycoprotein 130,[3] Erythropoietin receptor,[4][5] Janus kinase 2,[2][4][6] RAS p21 protein activator 1[7] and Insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor.[8]

Regulation

There is some evidence that the expression of SOCS3 is regulated by the microRNA miR-203.[9][10]
