Santa Catarina do Fogo is a concelho (municipality) of Cape Verde. Situated in the southeastern part of the island of Fogo, it covers 32% of the island area, and is home to 14% of its population. Its seat is the town Cova Figueira.
The municipality consists of one freguesia (civil parish), Santa Catarina do Fogo. The freguesia is subdivided into the following settlements, its population was of the 2010 census:

Santa Catarina do Fogo's geography was unknown. In the 20th century, much of the area consisted of grassland. Most of the area, the west and the central portions became forested. The southeast, the highest portions and the northeast portions are barren landscape. Most of the terrain are made up of historic lava flows from Mount Fogo, on its slopes and to most of the south and the northeast, its last eruption on the lower slopes was in 1951, its last eruption in the area was inside the caldera in 2014.
The northwestern, the northern and northeastern portions forms part of the Fogo Natural Park, most of the natural park area also forms part of the Fogo Volcanic Important Bird Area. Offshore in the east forms a part of the Fogo Marine IBA.
It was created in 1808, when a parish of the older Municipality of São Filipe was separated to become the Municipality of Santa Catarina do Fogo. Between the late 19th century and 2005, it remained a part of São Filipe Municipality.

Since 2012, the PAICV is the ruling party of the municipality which won 52% in the last election.

Santa Catarina do Fogo's main road is the Fogo Circular Road which encircles the island. The other roads are the one connecting Cova Figueira and Achada Furna (EN3-FG01) and the Fonte Aleixo-Achada Furna-Chã das Caldeiras Road (EN3-FG05).
Its sporting clubs includes Desportivo de Cova Figueira, Baxada and Parque Real. Its clubs plays at Estádio Monte Pe Largo, but when they play at the Premier Division, they play at Estádio 5 de Julho in the island capital.
