Santa Fe Township is one of fifteen townships in Clinton County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,136 and it contained 454 housing units.[2] The township was formed from part of Germantown and Carlyle townships.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 25.64 square miles (66.4 km2), of which 25.48 square miles (66.0 km2) (or 99.38%) is land and 0.16 square miles (0.41 km2) (or 0.62%) is water.[2]
