Takeda Nobukado
Template:Japanese name Takeda Nobukado (武田 信廉, 1529–1582) was a Japanese samurai warrior of the Sengoku period. He was known as one of the "Twenty-Four Generals of Takeda Shingen".[1]

Nobukado was a brother of Takeda Shingen.[citation needed]

Warrior
Nobukado commanded the Takeda central company in the Battle of Nagashino, as an adviser under Katsuyori.[citation needed]
Nobukado attempted to flee when in 1582 Nobunaga invaded the Takeda lands, but he ended up being captured and beheaded, along with many other Takeda retainers.[citation needed]
In popular culture
Nobukado is one of the main characters in Akira Kurosawa's epic film Kagemusha.[2]
