Father of Israeli excellence?[edit]

Come on, editors. How did that get in without a source? Even if accurate (which I'm willing to believe), it's an original peacock term, at the present time. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 18:58, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fraenkel or Fränkel?[edit]

I first came across it as Fränkel, in "Zermelo Fränkel set theory". Furthermore, a quick Google search for "Abraham Fränkel reveals a mix of instances of both spellings. But in this article and Zermelo–Fraenkel set theory, there's no mention whatsoever of the Fränkel spelling. Even if it's erroneous, clearly he gets referred to by this name not infrequently, so surely the article should address this. Can anyone shed some light on this? — Smjg (talk) 11:22, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Order of given names[edit]

The Biography section gives his name as "Abraham Adolf Halevi Fraenkel" while the photo caption has "Adolf Abraham Halevi Fraenkel". Which of these is correct? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.110.116.110 (talk) 21:50, 6 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
