FIFA regulations?

[edit]

As I read it, FIFA's regulation (page 9, article 5 section 3) says that "Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs." Section 4 goes on to clarify "A player may not play official matches for more than two clubs competing in the same national championship or cup during the same season, subject to stricter individual competition regulations of member associations." Was he eligible to play for Wrexham? How? Kevin McE (talk) 15:46, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Section 4 certainly doesn't seem to apply as Wrexham aren't in the same "national championship" as the Gills or Peterboro..... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 15:48, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do note that [1] is indeed 404. —  HELLKNOWZ  ▎TALK 20:27, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies, I Googled "Wales Trinidad Crofts 2006" and saw a result which seemed at a quick glance to be the same URL, I failed to notice the subtle three-character difference...... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 20:46, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
