Am I the only one who hears somebody sneering in the paragraph regarding Brown early life? Why make such a point of noting that he "has had little contact with Ireland," and referencing "his only experience of Ireland" unless the intent is to disparage? The fact is, MANY nuncios are sent to countries with which they have had little prior contact; the Pope can't expect to always have a world-renowned expert available every time he needs to assign a new nuncio... Thus Brown's "little contact" might perhaps annoy some Irishmen, but it isn't terribly unusual. I'd like to suggest that this paragraph be rewritten, although I myself don't feel competent to do it. early life and footnote

I am wondering about the value of footnote 3 with regards to what it is supposed to be referring: it goes to an article and we discover that what is stated in the Wiki article is his own words quoted in the linked article.
