Article title
[edit]Reposting from RevanFan's talk page (who moved the page):
The article title should be Gardner Minshew (8,850,000 results) and not Gardner Minshew II (239,000 results), per WP:COMMONNAME and no reason to disambiguate it per WP:NATDIS. Don't just assume that because a person wants to be called something else, that we should automatic move their Wiki article. ~ Dissident93 (talk) 17:55, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Could we get at least one picture of Minshew on here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.155.95.131 (talk) 23:43, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
- @63.155.95.131: If you can find an image that isn't copyrighted, sure. But in general it's very hard to find those. Eagles 24/7 (C) 23:57, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

- Do you think the rushing statistics are worth adding for both high school and college years?
- Added both, changed the ref for his college stats to one that includes the rushing stats — GhostRiver 17:55, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
- "Minshew signed a contract to join the East Carolina Pirates football team to continue his career at the NCAA Division I level." Technically he didn't sign an grant-in-aid with the football team.
- Rephrased accordingly. — GhostRiver 18:27, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
- No combine or pro days info?
- Expanded accordingly. — GhostRiver 18:27, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
- Watch out for some editorializing words.
- Addressed everything that stuck out to me. — GhostRiver 18:27, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
- Just a side note, I would use some of the WP:TWL resources to get around some of the subscription paywalls. Some clips like this is still better than clicking a link to see a large subscribe button blocking the screen.
- I will consider it in the future; between subscriptions offered by my university and paywall bypass filters, I often find it more convenient just to go to the links and sometimes forget that not everyone has those resources. — GhostRiver 18:27, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
