As a student of Anglo-Saxon who wonders what languages were spoken in Jutland and when, I can't help noticing that the numerous pages that refer to it all say something different and VERY VAGUE. I suppose that a dialect of Saxon reigned until maybe 900AD when early Danish took over? And what is that pink at the tip of your map, early Danish or something else (some of the putative maps of Tacitus' Germania indicate the Cimbri ended up there?!)?
