If cropped further, it won't be obvious what the building is. Was Jackie copying Diana?
Reviewing in return for Hey, Hey, Rise up!
Detailed article on good sources, no copyvio obvious. I don't care about the original hook, collecting links to two celebrities before getting to the focus. (Almost every tourist going to the place is photographed. Diana was 30 years after JK.) Even in the ALTs, I suggest to mention the tour first - your choice. ALT1a preferred. I suggest you do crop the image substantially for the purpose of ALT1. Some may even recognize the building when cropped. - No idea what the See also section is supposed to achieve.
