More than a few Hispanic bishops

[edit]

Article states Soto joined the "few" Hispanic bishops in the US. Los Angeles Times 11-30-08 reported there are 26 Hispanic bishops in the US. This appears to be more than a "few".

26 is still a relatively small number compared to the overall "population" and composition. Morenooso (talk) 14:22, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I just noticed this under "Bishop of Sacramento": Upon appointment, Soto became the 25th Hispanic bishop in the United States.
Will someone check this? He was ALREADY a bishop, having reached that rank as auxiliary of Orange. 20:52, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
