The contentious topics procedure applies to this page. This page is related to gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, which has been designated as a contentious topic. This article should adhere to the gender identity guideline because it contains material about one or more trans women. Precedence should be given to self-designation as reported in the most up-to-date reliable sources, anywhere in article space, even when it doesn't match what's most common in reliable sources. Any person whose gender might be questioned should be referred to by the pronouns, possessive adjectives, and gendered nouns (for example "man/woman", "waiter/waitress", "chairman/chairwoman") that reflect that person's latest expressed gender self-identification. Some people go by singular they pronouns, which are acceptable for use in articles. This applies in references to any phase of that person's life, unless the subject has indicated a preference otherwise. Former, pre-transition names may only be included if the person was notable while using the name; outside of the main biographical article, such names should only appear once, in a footnote or parentheses. If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the LGBTQ+ WikiProject, or, in the case of living people, to the BLP noticeboard. |
Anne Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip Pronouns and gender Controversy
[edit]Nowadays is considered acceptable even by pretty much everybody including English online dictionaries like for example the merriam webster to refer to these individuals by the proper pronouns that they identify with, so please everyone i advice you to stop changing Miss Anne pronouns, she not only identify as a trans woman but also went to the sex reassignment surgery a few years ago HENCE we all must respect that, it doesn't really matter what is your personal opinion or take on this subject, remember that here on Wikipedia we all should advocate for free thinking yes but that doesn't mean that vandalizing an article is somehow allowed here because this is something Wikipedia totally forbids, remember to always abide by this site rules, please read the following: Wikipedia:Gender identity#:~:text=Unless the person themselves says, that we avoid causing harm. Well, i hope you all can respect this or otherwise not only your account but also you IP can be reported and be blocked forever and if you're thinking on using a VPN then you not only can also be blocked again but a Wikipedia Administrator will rule this article hence locking the whole content from public editions. I really hope that you can respect the rules from now on. Thank you very much in advance Joel Quintero1 (talk) 08:00, 28 August 2023 (UTC)

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. M.Bitton (talk) 22:02, 27 July 2024 (UTC)
Request to Update Dismissal of Lawsuit Involving Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip
[edit]I would like to request an update to the section regarding the lawsuit against Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip. Currently, the article states that on 24 November 2023, Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip was sued by TCG Social Media Group for 1 billion baht in damages, with allegations of involvement in a coin scam.
However, this case has since been dismissed by the court. The ruling from the court clearly shows that the case was thrown out due to lack of evidence. You can find the official court document here. The document shows that the court decision was made on 23 May 2024.
I would like to request that the article be updated to reflect this fact, including a summary of the court ruling, as it significantly changes the legal context surrounding the case.
Thank you for your consideration. Abhisheik sharma (talk) 04:42, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- We would need a secondary source for that. Court records are considered primary sources, which would violate Wikipedia's no original research policy. ☆ Bri (talk) 16:02, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for your feedback.
- Would the following link qualify as a secondary source? It is a press release from JKN Global Group's official investor relations website, which covers the dismissal of the TCG Project Miss Universe Coin case:

- I would appreciate your guidance on whether this can be used as a source. Thank you! Abhisheik sharma (talk) 05:58, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
I've removed the entire sentence as it wholly mischaracterised the nature of the lawsuit, which was of little relevance anyway. --Paul_012 (talk) 04:35, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
