Early Life
[edit]This is not necessarily a contradiction, but the NY Times obituary, http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/12/us/john-doar-federal-lawyer-in-battle-against-segregation-dies-at-92.html?_r=0 says Doar was "a country lawyer from northern Wisconsin". Mathyeti (talk) 02:56, 13 November 2014 (UTC)

Middle name Andrew vs. Michael
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians. Until I made this edit, this article had Doar's middle name as "Andrew". However, other sources, including his NYT obit, give his middle name as "Michael". At the very least, I am removing "Andrew", and if no explanations emerge for a reason not to use "Michael" in this article, I am going to do so. Any observations, let's discuss. Thanks KConWiki (talk) 14:18, 23 December 2019 (UTC)
- Seeing no objections, I am going to go ahead and include "Michael" as his middle name in the article. Please feel free to discuss if any concerns. KConWiki (talk) 03:27, 28 December 2019 (UTC)
