the article says "A list of journalists (listed chronologically since 1991) containing the names of the mass media workers who became victims of murders or died as a result of the terrorist attacks and military activities on the territory of Ukraine" and includes indeed journalists who were KIA, not murdered. Support per the nom's consistency argument, which seems pretty strong: this is apparently the only such list that uses "murdered". Additionally, there don't seem to have been murder convictions in the majority of the listed cases, which means that we should generally avoid describing them as murders (see WP:BLPCRIME and WP:DEATHS).
