Citation issues

This article uses multiple citations ( from the National Archives, England and Wales Civil Registration Indexes, Principal Probate Registry etc) all "as re-printed on Ancestry.com". These all use the "cite web template" but do not include a URL. This causes a CS1 error Missing or empty |url= & |access-date= requires |url=. The problems with these are explained on the Help:CS1 errors in the sections: |access-date= requires |url= and Missing or empty |url=. Is anyone able to provide the URLs? Presumably this is a site which requires a subscription and therefore a "|subscription=yes" parameter should be included.— Rod ^talk 21:07, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
