I just read the Western Age article. It says she invented the safety pin at age 10, not 6. Also, the article currently says "Farrell's two most widely utilised inventions are probably the press-stud that can be attached to a garment without stitching, and the folding pram hood", however the cited source, while certainly extolling the virtues of those inventions, does not say anything about which were the most widely utlised inventions in 1915, and even if it did, we would really need a more modern source to make such an evaluation. Normally i would make changes myself, but thought I would leave a note here since the main editors are very familiar with the sources and may have other material they want to use to address the points I've made.
