This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.
As the creator of the article, I thought I'd ask someone else to review my expansion of this article instead of just overwriting it here. I posted the expansion, probably "out-of-process", back at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Nancy Friedman. If it looks good, please merge simply by overwriting the text from there to here (checking for any interim changes) and then restoring the redirect there also.
I expanded the article because at my talk page it was suggested that the subject may not meet notability. My view is that, in the current draft, the Davies and Richards articles and the Alan C. Greenberg minichapter are clearly features directly about the subject, and, in the expansion, Jarvis, Skaer, and Feiertag are also clearly more of the same. The other articles have less depth or are self-published, but they make good supplements. Also, here are a lot more feature articles as well, though not all refer to the same person. However, please be certain to make your own judgment, as I am potentially conflicted. See my disclosures here: Frieda Beamy (talk) 20:20, 25 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
At my talk the statements about the present version were repeated without reference to the new version that has been pending with twice the sources. Since this edit request has not been answered for a long time, I am going ahead and making the replacement myself to answer the usertalk statements. Author: Regarding reference #7. Friedman, Nancy (1 Jun 2001). Customer Service Training: How to Create Your Own Program. pp. vii–xi. ISBN9780874256239. Retrieved 8 May 2012.:
Although on the GoogleBook's site "About this book" page, the "Selected pages" section shows Ms Friedman's titlepage, the link provided goes to a book called Excuses, Excuses, Excuses...; authors Darryl Doane, Rose Sloat; publisher Human Resource Development, 2001; ISBN: 0874256232, 9780874256239. GB seems to have created an error. Have you notified them about this? Thank you, Wordreader (talk) 17:45, 22 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Addendum: I added a "broken link" tag. I also noted the need for clarification for "international" and the word "widely". If you clarify the terms or delete them, you'll be okay. Wordreader (talk) 17:59, 22 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have just added archive links to one external link on Nancy Friedman. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
