Fair use rationale for Image:September Dancing Shoes.jpg[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

Image:September Dancing Shoes.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Ethnic background[edit]

"Her mother comes from Slovenia." Source? That's news to the world. o.0 --Lilyserbia (talk) 00:36, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

I added a source to her official website's biography and also added her father. Grk1011/Stephen (talk) 03:52, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Name[edit]

In the Swedish Wikipedia her name is Petra Linnea Paula Marklund. --Mycomp (talk) 23:49, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

Slovenian heritage[edit]

The source which is used to support the Slovenian heritage claim does not work, and nothing about Slovenian heritage is mentioned on her official website, Septembermusic.com.--Mycomp (talk) 23:55, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

Sad Song[edit]

Is this her most well known song? Anyway, it's faboulous. --WhiteInKnights (talk) 17:45, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

previous stage name[edit]

she had the name Birdie and sang Birdie Num Num when she was a teenager. the video and song is on youtube79.112.105.196 (talk) 23:07, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

Provide a proper source and it can be added. Grk1011/Stephen (talk) 23:10, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

certifications + more[edit]

Why dont we show the certifications as other artist, Love CPR and Sattelites has sold platinum in Sweden and cry for you gold.......and the cover art for previous singles can be found on the swedish offical chart (sverige topplistan) can somebody add them?? why do we have to show all countries on the singels discography, i think its a little too messy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.154.96.237 (talk) 17:52, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

File:PetraEosMarklund.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion[edit]

Image-x-generic.svg An image used in this article, File:PetraEosMarklund.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

ooormation == Intro to Article // Edit-warring ==

I see that Formation1234 has strong feelings about the intro paragraphs of Petra Marklund and has engaged in heavy editing that deletes much and improves little. I find that the editor is also beginning to edit-war (and indeed has a history of edit warring). I would ask other editors to step in and take a look at the Formation1234's intro to see if it is indeed better. If it is, I will cease and desist.

Best regards,

GetSomeUtah (talk) 00:56, 4 August 2016 (UTC)
