Y Article has been 5x expanded (according to DYKcheck tool), nominated in time (expansion started 26 February, nominated 28 February), and article is within policy. AGF on non-English language sources, though Google Translate suggests they do verify the text they're cited against. Copyvio tool says 8.3% chance of copyvios, but the flagged text is just names of competitions, so no copyvios there
Y Hooks are short enough, interesting enough, in the article, and well cited (AGF on nom-English source for ALT0, but again, Google Translate shows it to be fine). I think ALT1 is a little more interesting, but either hook is fine (will leave up to promoter to decide)
