I know it's not a good idea to unblock this IP since it belongs to a college but I wanted to suggest moving the contents of the Twitch Rivals page to be under Twitchcon on the Twitch (service) page and having 'Twitch Rivals' redirect there since that page is a stub, sorry for this not actually being an unblock request but I wasn't sure how else to contact you.
