"Right-Hand Man"

Hey - I disagree with you changing "assistant" to "right-hand man" on many articles. WP:MOS says - "he Arbitration Committee has expressed the principle that "When either of two styles is acceptable it is inappropriate for a Wikipedia editor to change from one style to another unless there is some substantial reason for the change." and "Editors should write articles using straightforward, succinct, easily understood language and structure articles with consistent, reader-friendly layouts and formatting (which are detailed in this guide)."
