Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials has been reverted.
Your edit here to Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://mazerunner.wikia.com/wiki/Maze_Runner:_The_Scorch_Trials) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to an external Wiki, then please note that these links should generally not be included (see 'links to avoid' #12).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:48, 18 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Afootpluto. I noticed that you recently removed content from 2016 Teen Choice Awards without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to 2006 Teen Choice Awards, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello 71.10.73.140, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 22:31, 24 September 2018 (UTC)

Tables are not recommended
[edit]Please read WP:PROSE. Wikipedia articles are supposed to be text. Lists and tables should be used sparingly. The guidelines at WP:FILMCAST do not superceede the WP:PROSE guidelines, they merely explain that tables are acceptable in some cases, for example Japanese anime where the original voice cast and English voice cast may be best presented as table together. In general WP:PROSE or failing that a list, is what you should be trying to do with a Cast list. -- 109.79.184.216 (talk) 16:23, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to The Legend of Zorro, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you.
Please stop changing cast lists to Tables, you are misunderstanding the guidelines. -- 109.79.184.216 (talk) 16:37, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Rush Hour 2. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you.
Your changes to the cast list in Rush Hour 2 were also reverted by another editor. I understand the guidelines can be unclear but I hope you can see from your edits being repeatedly reverted that you might be misunderstanding the guidelines. -- 109.79.184.216 (talk) 16:39, 16 December 2018 (UTC)

Again another editor reverted your changing a Cast list to a table. Tables should be used sparingly, if in doubt, don't use them. If you continue to make these disruptive changes without any edit summary to explain your changes you risk being blocked from editing. -- 109.79.184.216 (talk) 16:47, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
I want to believe that your recent edits to The Scorpion King are in WP:GOODFAITH but I must remind you the very simple rules recommend you provide an edit summary to explain your changes. Please explain your edits with an edit summary. -- 109.79.184.216 (talk) 00:40, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
Please explain you changes with an edit summary. I think your most recent edits to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III show you are not paying any attention to attempts to explain the rules on your Talk page. About Fox's distribution rights.
