Hello Davide Denti (OBC), and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Media of Montenegro has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. capture?

Hi. As you've seen, there is a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard#Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa (GLAM partnership) about your editing. While your purpose at an archive is to leverage those materials to better source articles, you want to avoid being co-opted by the organization where you work. (This is called capture in the academic literature.) Many GLAM institutions would like to have a Wikipedia editor to spout their message, but that's not what you were sent to do. Conflict of interest compliance

Hi Davide Denti (OBC): As per our previous discussion at COIN, it seems that you are familiar with WP:COI policy. So I'll go straight to the relevant points here and in other pages:

• Since WP:COI and WP:PAID have different implications: are you paid, either by regular employment or in any other way, for this work? If that is the case, per WP:PAID, you must disclose the employer (payer). The recommended method is adding the {{Paid}} template to your user page. No exceptions for GLAM.
• Disclosure must be present in Talk:Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa and Talk:European Centre for Press and Media Freedom. If paid, {{Connected contributor (paid)}} should be used, otherwise, {{Connected contributor}}.
• Remember that directly editing the articles of organizations in case of COI is very strongly discouraged. The {{Edit request}} on the talk page is preferred. Responses to edit requests are usually handled pretty fast, so that should not be a problem.
• I'll open content-specific issues elsewhere.
