problem of Sechskies album sale

[edit]

hi Duskmoon2005,

I know that you want to show the sales of Studio albums but we should provide the sales with official records. Although DSP had under-reporting the physical sales of SechsKies to tax evasion allegations, we should not use the estimated sales of fans or others because of violating neutral point of view(WP:NEUTRAL). In fact, in Infinite Challenge, it said the total sales of all Sechskies albums were 1,900,000 instead of single album. The sales of 4th album was 350,128 in 1999, here is (http://www.riak.or.kr/chart/cdc/1999-9.pdf the official record of korean albums sales). Therefore, i think you should not write down those unproven sale in wiki. Also, the ref have some error so i cant see it. Cpcam065099 (talk) 11:26, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

i has removed those info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cpcam065099 (talkcontribs) 11:49, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Black Pink has been reverted.
Your edit here to Black Pink was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.youtube.com/BLACKPINKOFFICIAL/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Welcome to WP, and your edits on List of K-Pop on the Billboard Charts and Black Pink's song

[edit]

Hi Duskmoon2005, it's good to see an enthusiastic new editor on WP! I reverted a couple of your edits on the chart page, then added one back. I re-added all the years in one (Click) to open the World Digital Songs chart, as I feel chart aficionados may want to view the entire history of a single artist and a search is easier on one chart, not broken into multiple years.

Then, although I admire the green highlights you added to the week's current chartings, I think it will be massive work to keep it up, and prone to more mistakes, like leaving out BTS "I Need U" (you did catch "Gangnam Style"). The whole page is prone to human error, and time consuming - so I first thought that the green highlighting was just too much to try to keep up with on a weekly basis. But, it does look nice, so let's see how it goes.....it can always be dropped later, if it gets to be too much. You may not realize how tedious the chart work is....myself and another editor are trying to keep up with it. Your edits were thoughtful, and yes, the longer charts needed subheadings by year.

On the Black Pink song page, I deleted your Gaon chart, as it is normally done per the styling on the main Black Pink page. And you needed citations. However someone seems to have added the exact chart on the main Black Pink page, with citations. I don't work much on Discography pages - but the Korea Project editors spent a lot of time deciding how K-pop pages and their discography should be styled. I think Girls' Generation's pages have been approved as most conforming to style, if you want to look there for guidance and/or follow the hints from other editors who have been at it longer.

I was the editor who added the Reception section to Black Pink - then another editor moved the whole section to the song page - which I agreed was for the best. Sometimes editors agree and sometimes they don't - but the flux seems to keep WP fairly healthy, albeit with some bruised egos.

Again, welcome! WP is a collaborative project and sometimes warrants discussion...you can talk to me anytime.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 15:04, 25 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source/license for File:Avengers Social Club-p002.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Avengers Social Club-p002.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 08:46, 9 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Avengers Social Club-p002.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Information icon Hi Duskmoon2005! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Please stop marking all of your edits as minor and carefully read through what is considered a minor edit on Wikipedia. Alex (talk) 15:26, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
