i have created some articles and i want to publish those items as a new Wikipedia page , but some items of those has been saved as a draft and others as an article. Now i do not understand , can all of those items(either draft or article) be published as an new Wikipedia page ? what are the basic difference between the draft and article ? Please help me with...

When people say "Article" or "Wikipedia page", they often mean the same thing, but they're not quite synonymous.

The published Wikipedia pages that everyone is most familiar with are in "article space". They do not have any prefix on their name.

In contrast, pages with names beginning with Draft: or User: that contain material intended to become an article space page are generally known as "drafts", sometimes "sandboxes".

For an experienced editor, once their draft has reached the stage where they think it is ready for article space, they can use the MOVE function to move the article into the correct destination. If, instead, you want to submit the article for review by experienced editors, you can submit it for review. Sometimes draft pages have a "submit" button, but if that's not present, the same effect can be achieved by adding the text {{subst:submit}} to the top of the draft or sandbox and saving it ("publish changes"). [The label on that button causes a fair amount of confusion, I realize, but the powers-that-be are not likely to change it any time soon.] — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 07:49, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
