What made you think you were blocked and needed to make an unblock request? As far as I can tell, you have not been blocked in one of the ways for which {{unblock-spamun}} would have been a useful thing to do. I recommend that you attempt to make some edits to existing articles or create a draft using the WP:Article wizard.
